The managers of the Pittsburgh NABA met today for the third time this season at the Rochester Inn. Some light has been shed on the structure of the Rookie League.
- Each team’s roster will be controlled by the league. So it will be kinda like the Washington Nationals, except cooler.
- Umpires could be supplied from the ranks of A and AA players.
- A and AA teams can scout and speak to rookies about joining their team.
