South Oakland opened the season with a 9-4 road loss to Pittsburgh D2. The Ducks were unable to recover from a 7-run first inning.

Despite the loss, there is reason for optimism in South Oakland.

I predict we win between 11 and 15 games. Hopefully we have the pitching to make a deep playoff run.

South Oakland’s next game is Friday, 8pm at Herschel Park vs the South Hills Devils.
